American Airlines and the Musings of Dustin Curtis

Last spring Dustin Curtis posted a well constructed although edgy blog post about the usability of the American Airlines www.AA.com website and their apparent lack of understanding that the user experience is indeed their brand.

Dustin not only stated his experience; he went one step further and provided a clean, customer friendly alternative for the folks at American Airlines to contemplate.

Today I thought I would click on over to American Airlines and see if they have made any improvements regarding their website’s usability.

Click on over and see if you can spy any improvements.
